Newsletter sign-ups

If you sign up for updates, we store the email address you provide, solely to send you ceremony and site news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Patreon & voting

Connecting Patreon shares your membership tier with us so we can grant voting access. We don't receive your Patreon password or payment details. Fan votes are tied to an anonymized voter identifier, not your name.

Session cookies

The admin area uses a signed session cookie to keep editors logged in. It contains no personal information beyond an authentication token.

Basic usage data

Our hosting provider logs standard technical data (like IP address and request timestamps) for security and reliability. We don't run third-party ad trackers.

How we use it

We use the information above to operate the site, send newsletter updates to people who asked for them, and administer the People's Palm fan vote. We don't sell your data to third parties.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, disconnect your Patreon account, or request that we delete data we hold about you by contacting us below.
