All films, ceremonies, categories, badges, and editorial content on this site are original works of fiction created for entertainment purposes. Any resemblance to real films, studios, or individuals is unintentional. Text, layout, and design on this site are the property of the Palme d'Awful Awards unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Connecting a Patreon account grants access to the People's Palm fan vote as a courtesy to supporting members. Votes are informal, non-binding, and may be reset, removed, or disqualified at the jury's discretion — for example, to prevent abuse of the voting system.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt its normal operation, scraping content at a scale that degrades service for others, or using the admin interface without authorization.

The site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we make no guarantees.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
